Aimed at engaging and showcasing the rich cocktail culture of our entire state, Golden State of Cocktails is once again excited to host Preview Events in San Francisco and San Diego. These events mirror the bigger GSC experience and are designed to educate, entertain, and enrich our state’s major cocktail communities.

Led by Trevor Easter and Anthony Schmidt, GSC San Diego brings together local bartenders to learn from some of the region’s best and hone their craft in a small classroom setting.

The GSC San Diego Preview Event is proud to partner for a second straight year with The Helen David Relief Fund. In her name, the HDRF assists women in the bar industry who are fighting breast cancer with the same dignity and courage that Helen exemplified throughout her battle and life as a pioneer business owner in the bar industry. A portion of GSC San Diego Preview Event proceeds will go directly to the Fund.
